RF DESIGNER
As a RF Designer you are responsible of RF Design from prestudy to production transfer including design, verifications and type approvals.
Your responsibilities include tasks ranging from customer requirement and radio standard analysis, and how they apply to the design at hand as well as RF design, simulations, mathematical modeling, block and circuit diagram drawing and layout design support.
With your expertise you support various stakeholders and work in close co-operation with experienced RF, electronics, mechanics, component and procurement engineers as well as production testing. In addition, you support subcontractors as a subject matter expert. You are systematic and reliable with strong problem solving skills with team player skills.
In order to succeed in this role, we wish you possess following qualities and merits:
- Engineering degree or Master of Science degree in the relevant field
- Knowledge in radio standards, especially 3GPP, WLAN (802.11) and Bluetooth
- Several years of RF design experience and knowledge of RF components and their selection
- You know RF measurement devices and how to use them
- You understand at least the basics of frequency hopping systems and co-existence of radio systems
- You use verbal and written English fluently and effectively
