The purpose is save personal data on our customers or leads in to our customer register. The saved information will be used for contacting our current customers and leads.

Satel Oy can disclosure the information contained in its register to significant third parties when it is needed. In principle data is not transferred outside the EU or the European Economic Area.
Principle of registry protection
The customer register is encrypted by SSL encryption and by user names and passwords. The persons who are using customer register frequently; their workstations are protected by firewalls and anti-virus software. Access to customer register is limited to certain named persons. The usage of the customer register is monitored.
Right of inspection and enforcement of the right of inspection:
The person who has personal data on our customer register has the right to check the information entered in the customer register, to claim for incorrect information correction, and otherwise to resort to the rights guaranteed in the Personal Data Act. A written request for verification and correction of information should be addressed to the person responsible for the register. Registered person must to prove the identity and to sign the request. The registered person does not have right to check customer register by herself/himself.
Record Retention Period:
The personal data on our customers will be stored as long as it is needed for fulfilling contractual obligations. The information on leads will be deleted when they are no longer needed. Satel will delete unnecessary personal data on frequently basis.
